Prunegram is a tool that helps you manage and organize your Telegram account by identifying inactive chats, groups, and contacts. The Service operates through Telegram's official API.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Not use the Service to violate Telegram's Terms of Service
• Take responsibility for any actions performed on your Telegram account through the Service

4. Privacy & Data

5. Payments & Refunds

Purchases made through Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's payment terms. Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prunegram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access to your Telegram account.

8. Telegram Rate Limits & Account Restrictions

Telegram imposes rate limits and restrictions on API usage to prevent spam and abuse. By using Prunegram, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rate Limits: Performing bulk actions (leaving multiple chats, deleting conversations) may trigger Telegram's rate limits, causing temporary delays or action failures. The Service includes built-in delays to minimize this, but rate limits may still occur.
• Account Restrictions: Telegram may, at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently restrict accounts that it deems to be engaging in spam-like behavior. While Prunegram is designed to operate within Telegram's guidelines, we cannot guarantee that your account will not be flagged or restricted.
• No Liability: Prunegram is not responsible for any account bans, restrictions, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by Telegram as a result of using the Service. You use Prunegram at your own risk.
• User Discretion: We recommend using the Service responsibly and avoiding excessive bulk actions in short periods. If you encounter rate limits, wait before retrying.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
